Governance

The ULG Board of Directors oversees UE's operations and guides the overall strategic direction of the College. Comprising a majority of independent members, along with representatives from the company's owners and executive management, the board features a blend of external and internal contributors. External members bring diverse expertise, complemented by internal stakeholders who have played a pivotal role in UE's growth. The Universal English Committee is established under the authority of the ULG Board of Directors. The Committee has a primary role in ensuring that UE provides English language training of high quality and that UE meets all the regulatory requirements as an English language college providing services to local and international students. The Executive Management Group, chaired by the Managing Director, advises on and monitors the delivery, effectiveness, and cost of professional services to ensure the efficient operation of UE.
