Permission to use images, videos, and voice of students and children under 18.

To be signed by the parent or guardian if the participant is a minor.

I give consent for Universal English Pty Ltd to create, use, and/or reproduce images, videos, and/or audio recordings of my child and to publish or distribute them with (please choose ONE):

Full Consent - For internal and external use, including public Universal English and Oxford International websites, social media, print publications, and recognised media (online, print) used to promote Junior Programs.

No Consent - I do not give consent.

If consent is given, these may be used in online and print materials to inform other families about the program.

This consent remains in effect unless withdrawn in writing.

We take great care to select media that respects each child’s safety, dignity, and privacy.

Please note that if permission is revoked, every effort will be made to remove relevant media from distribution, however, this may not be possible or practical in some situations. This form must be completed and submitted before a Junior Program participant under 18 begins the program.
